The work No només és això [It is not only that] was shown and activated in the atrium at MACBA on the morning and evening of 26 May 2018:

“No només és això is the most rebellious painting you will ever see. Because it is not only what you see: it is not only a picture, it is not only that: it transmits life, breathes, speaks, heckles and produces unknowns. "
"Art is not only physical and things are never what they seem. Get into action. Do not lie to your eyes or waste your imagination. Think about art freely. Because art is not only what you see, art is not only that. "

This is how the C-17 Collective art group, formed by first-year ESO obligatory secondary education pupils at Doctor Puigvert Secondary School and the artist Enric Farrés Duran define their artistic practice. After working together for a whole school year, they presented their creative process and the project that culminated with the creation of No només és això, a deceptive, funny, graceful, cheeky, even rude work, a portrait of the artistic life and collective experience that they shared over the course of nine months.

Presentation
The Artists in Residence programme ended on June 8 with a presentation in the auditorium at the MACBA Convent attended by families, teachers and pupils from the school. As occurred with the preparation of the meeting with the director and the head of public programmes and the rehearsals before the presentation at MACBA of No només és això, the sessions dedicated to preparing the meeting with parents and teachers and the presentation by the students were an opportunity to think about creative process. The presentation was a success as, once more, the sixteen artists displayed great professionalism in describing the whole process of conceiving and creating the work. To do so, they were divided into small groups, each concerned with one of the various stages in the process, which they described with the aid of photos and videos of the experience.
