Ileana is an artist who takes sensitive listening as the starting point of creation. This listening is important on three levels: personal listening, collective listening and listening to the context.

From listening to ourselves from movement, we can awaken our creative universe. We encourage collective listening with group dynamics and circus games. And collage is the technique that enables us to weave dialogues between our personal and collective universe versus the context.

And inResidence will start with games and dynamics of movement such as “contact” dance, acrobatic poses and improvisation drama games; sensitive listening will be awakened to strengthen the community, awaken personal listening and create empathy with the group. To recognise the movement tools we can use on stage, we will tackle the principles of manipulating objects and the understanding of body mechanics which help discover each participant’s physical abilities and interests in movement. Finally, work through collages will be proposed to find the themes and/or aesthetics that are of individual and collective interest.
