Presentation (14 June 2017)

Under the title Barri, so, arrels i branques [Neighbourhood, Sound, Roots and Branches], the presentation at Institut Montjuïc secondary school comprised of two different activities. Firstly, standing in front of the wall where the piece was exhibited, the pupils presented L'arbre de la música [The Tree of Music] to their schoolmates, teachers and visitors. Next, in the school playground, the group performed five rap songs they wrote themselves.

Barri, so, arrels i branques is a project with two concrete results: the music that the pupils and their families listen to, organised in the form of a tree; and the songs that the group produced and recorded, with their own lyrics, in the classroom.
